Systems Test Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to develop cutting-edge processes for Medical Device operations.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will utilize your technical expertise to shape the test system strategy and implement advanced manufacturing solutions. Your leadership will drive medium-to-high complexity projects, aligning with strategic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and manufacturing sites to deliver projects on time and minimize disruptions.

  • Innovate: Develop and implement system test solutions for complex electromechanical assemblies and combination products.
  • Lead: Review and analyze system specifications, spearhead the development of next-generation test equipment fixtures and processes.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, external partners, and manufacturing sites to deliver projects.
  • Educate: Mentor junior engineers and promote Design for Excellence (DfX) initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in product development.
  • Execute: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical device sector, with hands-on experience in systems test processes.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and tools for data interpretation, trend identification, and solution implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams in both peer-to-peer and managerial capacities.
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end project management experience for medium to high complexity projects.
  • Strong technical foundation with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem-solving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
