CBD Financial Planning Support Specialist

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Professional to join our team in the CBD.
About the Role:
This permanent position involves providing exceptional administrative support to financial planners, ensuring seamless client service delivery and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments for all Financial Planners
- Collecting product information from external providers
- Preparing insurance quotes and forms as requested by Financial Planners
- Lodging and following up on client requests
- Maintaining a database of clients for mail merge purposes
- Processing incoming mail
- Completing follow-up work in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with business objectives
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on technical knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong wealth management administration experience
- Proficiency in Xplan software
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
