Cardiac Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our cardiac team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is eager to expand their clinical expertise and become a cardiac nurse leader.

Our Cardiac Novice Program provides structured support and education for nurses new to cardiac care, through a combination of clinical experience, mentorship, and targeted learning opportunities.

The program aims to build foundational competence and confidence in managing cardiac patients and is designed for Registered and Enrolled Nurses with at least 12 months of experience in hospital settings.

We require candidates to have a particular interest in cardiac nursing (surgical & medical) and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Requirements

  • Commitment to working within a collaborative, respectful team environment
  • Ability to work all shifts over a 7 day roster
