About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Macquarie Centre Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
