Job Description:

As a skilled Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy in children. This role requires a passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12
  • Design and deliver activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times
  • Guide and support educators so they feel confident and valued in their roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check
