Christmas Casual Beauty Advisor - Warringah Mall at The Body Shop

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor at Warringah Mall. The role supports the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Responsibilities
  • The Beauty Advisor will learn our customers' needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
  • Uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop and adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
What We Look For
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • A team player open to daily coaching and feedback from Store and Assistant Manager
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales
  • Active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic
  • Availability Monday through Sunday
