Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to support efficient service delivery and record keeping.
  • Remain composed under rapidly changing customer expectations in challenging situations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Commitment to providing high-level customer service, particularly in stressful situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals who have experienced medical emergencies.
  • Proficiency in using various computer hardware, software, and electronic systems.
  • Certainty capacity to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision, demonstrate problem-solving skills, exercise initiative and discretion.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with call center processes and industry knowledge relevant to handling customer and business enquiries.
