- Collaborate with senior leaders to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
- Maintain a commitment to safety and inclusivity, ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

Our centre provides a child-initiated learning environment that supports all children's developmental goals. We have a holistic, play-based curriculum that fosters collaboration between families and educators.

Requirements:
