Speech Therapist

We are a leading provider of essential care services, supporting thousands of individuals annually under the NDIS.

Job Role

We seek experienced Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to improving access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing for individuals of all ages and abilities.

No two days will be alike, as you work towards achieving participant goals. We aim to provide caseloads that cater to your experience and interests, covering areas such as early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Early Years caseload (0-5): Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching, including speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness
  • School-aged children (5-18): Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
  • Adults: Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
  • Providing neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups

Requirements

We're looking for:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
  • A desire to make a real difference in the community
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferred)
