Speech Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech therapy services to clients across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Provide early intervention and parent coaching for young children, focusing on speech sounds, language development, feeding, and school readiness.
  • Assess and implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) solutions for clients with complex needs.
  • Work with adults to address functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management challenges.
  • Develop and implement neuro-affirming strategies to support our neurodivergent population.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Current registration with the relevant professional association as a Speech Therapist.
  • At least 2 years of experience in speech therapy.
  • A passion for collaboration and teamwork.
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact in the community.
  • Experience working under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is highly valued.
