Lead Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic support to young people at risk.
- You will be responsible for providing trusted advice on therapeutic strategies and behaviour support planning.
- Promote crisis intervention training packages and facilitate case review functions.
- Offer post-crisis support to front-line team members and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver expert advice on therapeutic strategies and behaviour support planning.
- Promote crisis intervention training packages and provide guidance on implementation.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective therapeutic programs.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
