Job Overview:
The successful candidate will lead our Brisbane site to meet industry benchmarks in all areas of operational discipline. They will establish and maintain a cohesive culture that drives business outcomes and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, management and direction for the Brisbane plant
- Sustain a comprehensive Safety Management System, including OHS, Process Safety and Mechanical & Electrical Integrity Systems
- Drive site to achieve optimum productivity, regulatory compliance, asset integrity, quality and cost effectiveness
- Accountable for full compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and regulations
- Accountable for the preparation, review, management and execution of the annual CAPEX program for the site
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or relevant Science Degree highly desirable
- 5+ years experience as a senior leader, with Chemical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a MHF highly regarded
- Safety leadership, workplace culture, management of major emergencies and emergency preparedness essential
- Track record of cultivating high-performing teams through empowerment
