  • Developing and implementing contracts and agreements that align with business objectives
  • Providing expert legal counsel to clients and their teams, focusing on practical solutions and collaboration
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks across procurement, supply chains, and contract frameworks
  • Contributing to the development of processes and delivery models to enhance team and client performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in construction law, project advisory, or dispute resolution, or a commercial lawyer with a passion for construction and projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in private practice and/or in-house roles
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, including construction contracts and bespoke agreements
  • Experience advising contractors, subcontractors, and principals, including government and private sector clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives and industry experts
