Job SummaryWe're looking for a dynamic and client-centred Service Coordinator to manage our shared living home in Allambie Heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving real impact through your inspiring hands-on approach and innovative approach in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Direct high-performing teams to achieve the greatest impact
- Client Focus: Keep the needs, goals, and outcomes of people with disabilities first and foremost
- Innovation: Lead a team to drive new support programs and services that empower clients
- Business Acumen: Motivated by growth to better support the community, achieving financial targets and operational KPIs
- Community Engagement: Nurture community networks, partnerships, and strong stakeholder engagement
- Quality and Compliance: Pay attention to quality, WHS, and NDIS compliance
We're looking for someone who is determined to make a positive difference to clients' lives, their team, and their local community. You should be able to flexibly lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership. You should have a flair for creativity and be able to turn ideas into reality.
Requirements- Background in Disability Services with leadership experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage, communicate, and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
