The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Property, implementing the Residents Work Program, and driving initiatives to improve the therapeutic community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong working relationships with staff, external service providers, and the local community
  • Lead, supervise, and support staff in their work practices
  • Engage clients with complex needs through various situations
  • Manage property maintenance and Occupational Health and Safety across the site
  • Project manage special projects, including budgeting and time management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
