SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant: A Key Role in Payroll Transformation

Job Description:

This leading cloud advisory firm supports a broad and growing portfolio of enterprise clients across Australia.

The successful candidate will lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, deliver end-to-end implementation projects across various industries, and ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation.

In addition, the individual will provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients, maintain quality and governance across deliverables, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
  • Deliver complex payroll projects from start to finish
  • Maintain compliance with Australian payroll laws and regulations
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll design and configuration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (desired)
