Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP ECP Payroll Solutions Lead to join our team and lead the implementation of SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions.

This is a senior role that requires expertise in payroll configuration, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering end-to-end implementation projects across various industries, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, leading solution design workshops, facilitating payroll design workshops, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation, providing ongoing post-go-live support, maintaining quality and governance, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mentoring junior consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
  • A strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • A proven track record delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)

You will also need excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead solution design and run client workshops.
