Leading a team of hydraulic engineers, you will oversee complex projects across various sectors in Australia. As a key member of our Buildings and Places business line at AECOM, your expertise in hydraulic engineering will be crucial in delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead on major projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement efficient hydraulic systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring optimal solutions for project requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, design principles, and Australian standards and codes.
  • Relevant qualification or degree, alongside RPEV/Chartership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
