We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role involves providing direct nursing care to residents in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
The role also involves educating residents and their families about health conditions, treatments and self-care techniques.
