Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create with key strategic partners to deliver against our key strategic priorities, including Range Curation.
  • Partner with the Merchandising Optimisation Team to leverage technology within space optimisation, specifically through the Planogram Generator tool.
  • Partner with the Merchandising Operations Team to identify store level opportunities, focusing on improving our store team experience and operational efficiencies in our complex category portfolio.
  • Creation of insights and data, demonstrating strong analytical rigour that inform and influence the current merchandise opportunities within a commercial strategy.
  • Leading the conversation and building trust through insight and data to enable, influence and unlock commercial opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Passion for great customer experiences and stores, with a curious mind to understand customer behaviour and its links to commercial and space optimisation outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset, with strong governance and validation of all planograms before category review is published to stores.
  • Clear analytical thinking, with the capability of breaking information into component parts, patterns and relationships.
  • Capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights for short and long term strategies.
  • A track record in demonstrating proactive stakeholder management and networking.
