Membership Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our team in creating unforgettable experiences for thousands of students across Australia's most iconic campus. As Membership Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a membership growth strategy that drives acquisition and retention.

This role combines strategy, creativity, and leadership, offering the opportunity to shape the future of membership at USU while supporting student-led programs that bring campus to life.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results through innovative campaigns and initiatives. Your strong project management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be essential in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership growth strategy.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and implement engaging events and campaigns that boost membership numbers and create unforgettable student experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across campus, including student leaders and university executives.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will have a proven track record of delivering strategies that grow and retain membership and customer engagement. A proactive, adaptable mindset is crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management, membership-based, youth-focused, or engagement-driven roles.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across campus.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
