We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our organization at the Gold Coast, renowned for excellence in Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, staff, and referrers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding patient care and support
  • Manage medical records, appointments, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referrers
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and billing

Desirable Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of medical administration experience
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Dynamic, flexible, and adaptable attitude
