As a key member of our administration team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges in this dynamic role. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with specialist doctors and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of administrative tasks.

The Role:

  • Work on a permanent part-time basis, with flexible working hours allowing for a healthy work-life balance
  • Take charge of administrative duties, including patient bookings, medical reporting, and communication with patients

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with administrative software is preferred, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an administration professional is required, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly
