Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles in Blackburn (Box Hill). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on tile and bathroom ware products
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and sales targets are achieved
- Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders
- Previous experience in a sales and service role, preferably in the tile and bathroom ware industry
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
- Administrative skills and technological savvy
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products
