Leadership Role for a Skilled Team LeaderOur company seeks a skilled team leader to lead, manage and mentor a passionate team of rehabilitation consultants.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with qualifications in rehabilitation counselling or psychology, as well as experience in managing teams in the occupational rehabilitation space.The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing referrals, working with consultants, and case managing some return-to-work files.The role requires exceptional time management skills, autonomy, and the ability to meet set targets and KPIs.We offer a competitive salary, lucrative bonus scheme, paid professional development, volunteer days, and a supportive management team.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of rehab consultants across Sydney
  • Manage case studies of injured workers and review referrals from various stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate injury recovery and rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships
  • Conduct specialist assessments and perform services offered by our organisation
Requirements
  • Qualifications and registration in rehabilitation counselling or psychology (Provisional or Registered)
  • Accreditation with either AHPRA or ASORC
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams in occ rehab space with knowledge of NSW systems and legislations
