About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Space Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient use of space in our corporate retail outlets.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement space planning strategies that maximize profitability and optimize inventory levels. You will work closely with our retail and merchandising teams to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform your decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive space plans for all corporate retail outlets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform space planning decisions
  • Work collaboratively with retail and merchandising teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Maintain accurate records of product databases, fixture libraries, and replenishment parameters
  • Communicate space planning standards through the generation and implementation of merchandise programs

About You

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. As a Retail Space Optimization Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of retail industry supply chain functions, processes, and systems. Experience with SAP ERP, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly desirable.

You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with teams across various areas of the organization. A keen interest in gaining exposure in outlet design and a passion for optimizing business processes will be essential in this role.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
