About the Position

We are seeking ambitious individuals from across Australia/New Zealand to relocate to Mackay and join our Joint Replacement team as a Robotic Product Specialist. This is a rare chance to work hands-on with Mako robotic technology, assisting in real surgeries.

The successful candidate must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia and be willing to relocate to Mackay (relocation support available).

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the technical expert in the operating theatre, supporting robotic-assisted knee and hip procedures
  • Use advanced software to segment and plan surgeries from preoperative CT scans
  • Provide training and clinical support to surgeons and hospital teams
  • Work in a purely clinical role—no sales involved, just a strong focus on patient outcomes and surgical success
