Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Household Manager to join our family in Wahroonga. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our three children aged 4, 6, and 8 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with the children in age-appropriate activities, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Conduct light housekeeping duties, including washing, dishwashing, putting clothes away, general tidying up, laundry, and changing bed sheets, maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
  • Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children, adhering to our family's dietary preferences and requirements.
  • Assist with grocery shopping and running errands, ensuring that our household needs are met.
  • Provide homework assistance and support, helping the children to develop their academic skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nanny/household manager or childcare roles.
  • Current first aid certificate and Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and adults.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to adjust to changing schedules and priorities.
