Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Defence Industry Security Program requirements and providing support to staff and contractors with their security clearance and access needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Security Officer to ensure quality documentation and maintain compliance with DISP requirements.
  • Provide direct support to operational staff and sub-contractors, ensuring security clearances and DCAC are obtained and maintained promptly.
  • Safeguard sensitive and classified materials, maintain security registers, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for security incidents.
  • Support the Chief Security Officer with assurance activities, including security performance reporting and compliance audits.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship
  • Government Security Clearance
  • Experience in a similar role highly regarded
  • Demonstrate a high level of detail and accuracy of work
  • Experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
