Flight Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Flight Nurse Manager to lead our aeromedical nursing team in Adelaide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and resourcing the team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support the flight nursing team to maintain and develop their knowledge and skills in aeromedical nursing.
- Use expert clinical knowledge and experience to lead clinical service delivery and ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Lead investigations and follow-up of incidents and/or safety concerns using SQR management.
- Maintain financial accountability for the flight nursing budget at the Adelaide base.
- Monitor and manage flight nurse resourcing to ensure adequate staffing and lead recruitment campaigns.
- Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- A current practicing certificate and at least 5 years post-registration experience.
- A postgraduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing.
