Civil Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of employees to ensure safe and efficient delivery of water and wastewater services
* Organize and prioritize work across unplanned and planned activities and operational needs
* Ensure all work is undertaken with safety as the priority
* Pro-actively manage employee performance, level of professional competence and behavior
* Manage day-to-day resource management and workload management
* Build employee capability through mentoring, coaching, training opportunities, supervision, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
* Completion of Certificate III in Water Operations or Trades qualification equivalent
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated commitment to OSH procedures
* Western Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence
* A willingness to participate in training and development programs
* Experience in water supply and wastewater systems - desirable
