Job Title: Project Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a key member of the project management team.

The role will involve playing a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of projects.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and tasks.
  • Support project documentation efforts including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.

About You:

  • Degree or relevant qualification/experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
