Strategic Account Manager Role

This is a key position that involves managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of client relationships across all service lines, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of existing clients by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, manage renewals, and track client health to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion based on client needs and service fit.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and wider team to drive cross-sell and upsell conversations.

The successful candidate will be commercially savvy, highly organized, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships. They will need to be proactive in managing client health, spotting growth opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
