Kuiper Satellite Lawyer

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

You will be supporting commercial customer and partner deals across APAC as part of a talented legal team. You will be embedded with the Kuiper business, focusing on structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, and counseling the business team on legal issues related to customer and partner contracts.

The successful candidate will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative ways and build processes that address risk, allowing the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

Basic Qualifications

  • License to practice law in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
