About the role

As part of the showroom team in Enoggera, you will support builders, interior designers, and homeowners in their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Assisting customers to choose the right bathroom products
  • Managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Using our 3D Planner to visualize customer designs
  • Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and build relationships
  • Ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and safely

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have prior retail sales or customer service experience and enjoy building relationships
  • Are energetic, proactive, and eager to learn, even if you lack bathroom-specific experience
  • Are comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Are flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Are interested in career development within our company
