Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects, including preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.
  • Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Conduct technical research to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
About You
  • You must be a recent graduate with a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • You require relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Prior student vacation/internship experience, ideally in a consulting environment, is highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is highly desired.
  • You should have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment are necessary.
