Role Overview

This architectural role involves collaborating with a studio to design and construct social housing and public domain projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the conceptualization, documentation, and delivery of high-quality designs for social housing and public domain projects;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and milestones;
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify key design elements;

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field;
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a similar capacity;
  • Proficiency in architectural software and tools;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Vectorworks software;
  • Familiarity with Australian building codes and regulations;
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles;
  • Knowledge of local government policies and procedures.
