About This Opportunity
]We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing training plans that align with our organizational goals;
- Delivering engaging and informative training sessions to staff; and
- Evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
- You have a background in nursing or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working in residential aged care or acute environments.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality training and development opportunities to staff.
