• Deliver impactful training and education to residential clinical governance teams

• Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments
• Background in training, education, or learning and development
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Alignment with our values
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
• High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
