We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in Sydney Potts Point. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stays are filled with joy and memories.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of the world's leading hotel brands. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential. What's more important is your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
