We are seeking a skilled leader to coordinate and support a specialist family violence team.

Role Overview

The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations, supervision, and direction of a multi-disciplinary team in support of The Orange Door and staff from other agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team
  • Supervise and support a diverse team of professionals
  • Coordinate and manage referrals for women and children
  • Support staff to make thorough risk assessments for women and children
About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a minimum Bachelor level qualification in Social Work or equivalent, recent employment in the family violence sector, and experience in a leadership capacity. A commitment to working collaboratively and holistically with partners, stakeholders, and the community is essential.
