About the Opportunity:
  • You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management services.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with local, regional, and statewide family violence networks to achieve best outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with key frameworks such as MARAM, FVISS, CISS, and other relevant legislation.
  • Contribute to an after-hours on-call roster to support crisis response efforts.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, staff mentoring, and strategic leadership to promote excellence in practice.
About You:
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in leadership and management roles within family violence services is required.
  • A degree in Social Work, Counselling, or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • You should possess a strong ability to manage crisis services, support team development, and navigate complex client needs effectively.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, trauma-informed practice, and family violence frameworks is essential.
  • You will need to have high-level stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills to drive change and progress.
  • A valid Victorian Driver Licence, Working with Children Check, and satisfactory police check are also required.
