We are seeking a motivated and skilled coffee professional to join our team at Co-Ground, a social enterprise with a focus on community development projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience behind an espresso machine, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities include brewing and serving great coffee, providing excellent customer service, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, and representing positive and inclusive values.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a barista
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon, day, and morning shifts
