Job Title: Coffee Connoisseur Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our coffee-making team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality coffees using the finest equipment and ingredients.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your knowledge of coffee brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
  • Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your workspace is clean
  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily setup of machine
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all employees on site

About You:

  • Must have at least 6 months experience as a Barista in a franchise/cafe environment
  • Barista Qualifications favourable
  • Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures
