Senior Manager Operations Transformation

The role involves leading high-profile transformation programs and managing complex portfolios for public sector and government clients.

  1. Deliver major programs, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
  2. Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand priorities, provide strategic advice, and guide change initiatives.
  3. Oversee design and implementation of program structures, governance models, and performance metrics.
  4. Manage multidisciplinary teams and client resources, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  5. Support business development efforts by growing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  6. Mentor junior team members to build capabilities in project management, delivery, and client engagement.

This role is suited for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, takes ownership of delivery outcomes, and works closely with senior leaders.

About the Role Requirements
  • Extensive experience in program and project delivery within Tier 1 consulting, boutique firms, or senior internal roles.
  • A background in public sector, government, or regulated industries.
  • Proven success in portfolio/program management, PMO leadership, and delivering large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert challenges into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging at senior levels.
