Land Development Manager

The Land Development Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of land development projects. These projects span from entitlement through to final acceptance, ensuring that quality, timing, and budgetary specifications are meticulously met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strict control over project budgets, schedules, cash flow, and development trades in alignment with division objectives.
  • Forge strong relationships with municipalities and government agencies to secure requisite approvals.
  • Oversee trade bidding and contracting efforts, rigorously reviewing design documents and site plans for accuracy and coordination.
  • Evaluate utility availability and assess associated costs, managing field efforts related to stormwater and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A valid Driver's License is required for essential driving duties.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related functional capacity.
