Civil Staff Engineer Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Staff Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Civil Site Engineering Group, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on land development projects.
  • Gain hands-on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation.
  • Use AutoCAD and HydroCAD tools to support real-world design and stormwater management solutions.
  • Assist with engineering tasks such as performing calculations, preparing permit applications, writing technical specs, and creating exhibits and presentation materials.
\Requirements:\
  • Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related program.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to try new things.
