Job Title: Legal Practice Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Practice Receptionist to join our team at Job2Go Pty Ltd. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing appointments, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Qualify leads to ensure high-quality consultations
  • Arrange consultations with clients, either in person, over the phone, or via electronic platforms
  • Schedule appointments in the sales team calendars
  • Assess client experience and provide feedback to the sales team
  • Accurately record customer details in our CRM system
  • Support the sales team at trade exhibitions and seminars
  • Facilitate visits from interoffice staff
  • Provide administrative support with contracts and payment transactions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our sales and customer service strategies
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in a sales/customer service role
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of emotional intelligence to connect with clients
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Intercultural intelligence and ability to work with diverse clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
