As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of mechanical plant equipment, identifying root causes of repetitive equipment failures, and implementing modifications to eliminate these causes.

Key responsibilities include maintenance, performance improvement, and engineering improvement of all mechanical equipment within the Plant area to ensure optimal uptime and long-term reliability.

Successful candidates will require trade qualifications, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to work within and contribute to a productive, cohesive team.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine concern for safety, an innovative mindset, and a willingness to challenge the norm.
