We are seeking a seasoned Equity Options Trader to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an equity options book focused on the Hong Kong market.

Our trader will combine best-in-class execution, proprietary models, and high-quality market data to capture opportunities in both high-frequency and directional trading strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute equity options trading strategies across key APAC single stocks using own insights and broader research.
  2. Closely collaborate with quant researchers, software engineers, and execution specialists to optimize pricing, hedging, and risk management.
  3. Make real-time trading decisions based on market dynamics, volatility, and flow.
  4. Contribute to desk evolution from strategy refinement to new market expansion.
  5. Mentor junior traders and share expertise to strengthen the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience as an equity options trader at a reputable firm.
